Research highlights the negative impact of healthcare complexity

Employees are struggling to navigate the system without expert help 

According to new research from Arizent and Employee Benefit News (EBN), 67% of all employees navigate healthcare without expert guidance. 

These employees often struggle to understand how their benefits work, preventing them from making the best decisions for their health and wellbeing. The result is benefits underutilization, along with negative experiences and unexpected health costs. 

There’s also a disconnect between the level of support employers think they’re providing and the level of support employees feel they’re actually receiving.
